Legacy Housing Rehabilitation Program - CLOSED
The Legacy Housing Program has been a tremendous success, having rehabbed nearly 50 homes in the Lake Wales CRA areas. Due to the almost year-long wait list for the program, the CRA has decided to pause taking new applications until October 1, 2026.
